What is Poem + Print Club?

Poem + Print Club (Poem Club, for short) is an ongoing monthly mail subscription. Each month, members receive a printed poem, a soft oil pastel print, and a letter, focused on documenting ordinary life. Subscriptions renew monthly.

When will I receive my first envelope?

Mail is shipped during the first week of every month.
If you sign up during Sept 1-30, your first envelope will ship in the first week of October.

Please allow 1-2 weeks within Canada and 3-4 weeks INTL. These are estimates only.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription or update mailing info anytime in the customer portal.

Cancelling prevents future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or prepared for mailing.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me for a replacement.

What if my envelope never arrives?

To avoid this, please ensure mailing information is correct at checkout.

If your order has not arrived after a reasonable time, please contact me for a replacement.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees once an order has been handed to the postal carrier.

Does my order include tracking?

Poem Club envelopes are sent using standard letter mail and do not include tracking.

Poem + Print Club is an artist-run project. Each month's work is written, created, prepared, and mailed by me (hi) on a small scale.

Occasionally, production schedules or details may need to change. Check your email for updates regarding your subscription.
